ATP Masters 1000 Monte Carlo, also known as The Rolex Monte-Carlo Masters, is 1st of the total three ATP1000 masters events that are played on clay courts. ATP Monaco started in 1897 and this year it will be 117th edition at Monte Carlo Country Club, Monaco France.

Rolex Monte Carlo Masters 2024 Results
In the singles championship, Stefanos Tsitsipas put a strong statement return to form as he defeated Casper Ruud in straight sets to lift the Monte-Carlo Masters title for the third time in a sun-drenched battle of the clay-court specialists. The Greek smashed his Norwegian opponent and triumph 6-1 6-4.
While in the doubles, Belgian pair Joran Vliegen / Sander Gillé defeated Alexander Zverev / Marcelo Melo in the doubles Final. Winning pair claimed the title in tie breaker after loosing 1st set 5-7, 6-3, 10-5.

Monte Carlo Masters 2023 Results
In Monte Carlo Masters 2023 singles, World number 6 Andrey Rublev won the Monte-Carlo tournament by beating the Danish Holger Rune in the final. At 25, the Russian won his first Masters 1000 title. Russian star win title after 1st set down and nail biting 3 set final match 5-7, 6-2, 7-5.
In doubles championship, The Croatian and American, Austin Krajicek and Ivan Dodig, lifted their first ATP Masters 1000 after defeated the guests Romain Arneodo and Sam 6-0, 4-6, 14-12 in a dizzying final.

In singles, seeded no 3 Greek star Stefano Tsitsipas successfully defended his Rolex Monte carlo Masters title. The winner defeated Spanish player Alejandero Davidovich Fokina by straight sets (6-3, 7-6). It was 3rd meet-up between these two players and 100% record goes to Tsitsipas.
In the doubles championship 2022, seeded no 1 pair Rajeev Ram of USA and Joe Salisbury of Great Britain won the 2022 title against Colombian pair Juan Sebastian and Robert Farah.

In singles, the champion of single 2021 ATP1000 masters was Stefano Tsitsipas from Greece after defeated Andrey Rublev from Russia by straight sets ( 6-3,6-3). On another side, in the doubles, Croatian pair Nikola Mektic and Mate Pavic were the champions and runner-up was British pair Dan Evans and Neal Skupski. Nikola Mektic won back-to-back (2019, 2021) doubles championships with different partners after finalist in 2018.

The ATP Monte Carlo Masters is one of the oldest and most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world, held annually in Monte Carlo, Monaco. The tournament has a rich history dating back to 1897 when it was first established as the Monte Carlo Championship. At that time, the tournament was only open to players from clubs in the surrounding areas of Monaco and was played on clay courts.
In 1928, the tournament was opened up to international players, and it became a part of the newly formed European Championships. The event continued to grow in popularity, and in 1969 it became an important stop on the newly formed Grand Prix tennis circuit. Eventually, in 1990, the tournament was designated as an ATP Championship Series Single Week tennis event.
Over the years, the tournament has attracted many of the world’s best players, including legends such as Bjorn Borg, Ivan Lendl, and Rafael Nadal, who holds the record for the most titles at the event with 11. Last 2 editions were won by Greek star Stefanos Tsitsipas. Roger Federer is the unluckiest player in Monte Carlo masters as he played 4 finals but couldn’t win any of them.
