The China Open is an annual men’s and women’s professional tennis tournament held in Beijing, China. The women’s event is a WTA 1000 event on the WTA Tour, while the men’s is an ATP Tour 500 event on the ATP Tour. ATP China Open founded in 1993 while WTA China Open founded in 2004.

ATP China Open 2023 Results
In thriller single’s final, Italian young sensation Jannik Sinner clinched title against Russian star Daniil Medvedev. In final battle, Sinner won match in striaght sets with 7-6(2), 7-6(2). With the win, Sinner rose to fourth in the ATP rankings, becoming only the second Italian (after Adriano Panatta in August 1976) to break into the top five. Sinner has won nine ATP Tour titles in singles, and 3rt title of the year.
While in the doubles, Top seed American Austin Krajicek and Ivan Dodig conquered Beijing. It was Dodig’s 24th doubles title in his career, including 3 Grand Slams. And there is the Davis Cup title and Olympic silver. Winning pair defeated no 2 seed Neal Skupski and Wesley Koolhof in 3 sets 6-7, 6-3, 10-5.

ATP China Open History and Winners
The tournament was first held in its current iteration in 2004 as a back-to-back event for 4 years, though followed on from a Beijing event in 1993 to 1997. In 2008, it became a combined event for the first time.
In 2006, the event became the first tournament outside the United States to use the Hawk-Eye system in match play.
