The Erste Bank Open, also known Vienne Open, is an annual men’s indoor hardcourt tournament. The tournament is of the ATP500 category and will be held at the Wiener Stadthalle. This year will mark its 49th edition. It is easily the biggest tennis competition held in Austria so all eyes are set on the latest edition of the Vienna Open. The tournament is called the Erste Bank Open due to its title sponsor Erste- one of the largest financial service providers in Central and Eastern Europe.

ATP Erste Bank Open 2023 Results
In the singles, Jannik Sinner wins the ATP tournament in Vienna. The Italian, seeded number 2 and fourth player in the world, in the final today 29 October 2023 beats the Russian Daniil Medvedev, seeded number 1, 7-6 (9-7), 4-6, 6-3 in 3h05′. The 22-year-old from South Tyrol wins his fourth title of the season and the tenth of his career.
While in the doubles, Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury won final battle against Nathaniel Lammons and Jackson Withrow 6-4, 5-7, 12-10 at the ATP 500 event. Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury clinched their third tour-level title of the season.

Vienna Open 2022 Champions
In singles, Deniil Medvedev wins singles championship. Russian star faced Canadian star Denis Shapovalov in final and defeated him in final set (4-6, 6-3, 6-2).
While in doubles championship, Austrian pair Alexander Erler and Lucas Miedler defeated Santiago González of Mexico and Andrés Molteni of Argentina. They won the championship match in straight sets (6-3, 7-6).
Erste Bank Open History and Winners
This event is the 49th iteration of the Vienna Open that itself has seen many changes throughout its years as part of the ATP Tour. At its inception in 1974, the tournament was part of the Grand Prix Circuit. After the ATP Tour rose to prominence, it was originally an ATP 250 event before it was upgraded to ATP500, changed back to a 250 event, and then reverted back to an ATP500 tournament.
