Scheduled to be contested on outdoor hard courts in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, this marks the 12th edition of the tournament. The event is set to unfold at the Queensland Tennis Centre in Tennyson, serving as a pivotal component of the Australian Open Series and contributing to the players’ preparations for the inaugural Grand Slam of the year.

ATP Brisbane International 2024 Results
Grigor Dimitrov, the Bulgarian ranked 14th, won over the young Dane Holger Rune, world number 8, in a vibrant men’s final. Dimitrov, with his 7-6, 6-4 victory, marked his triumphant return to the top of tennis. Bulgarian star won 1st title since 2017.
While in the doubles, Lloyd Glasspool and Jean-Julien Rojer def top seeded pair Kevin Krawietzand Tim Putz in the final battle with 7-6, 5-7, 12-10 and claimed 1st tile of 2024 season.

Brisbane International History & Previous Winners
History
Debuting in January 2009 at the Tennyson Tennis Centre, the Brisbane International attained WTA premier status by 2012. Post-2019, the ATP disengaged due to the ATP Cup, while the WTA-sanctioned event persisted. Paused during 2021-2023 due to Covid-19, the Brisbane International makes a comeback in 2024 with expanded draws: a 48-player WTA singles draw, a 32-player ATP singles draw, and 24 pairs in both men’s and women’s doubles.
Winners
The tournament has retained its ATP250 tour category and to date, all of the singles champions have either been or gone on to be ranked world no. 1.
